Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drafting, preparation, and issuing of sales & purchase contract terms and conditions.
- Manage contract fulfillment.
- Collaborate on contractual amendments and approval with internal departments.
- Negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
- Uploading of the contracts and tally with trade records.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business Administration/Shipping/legal-related academic qualification.
- Min. 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in oil & gas industry.
- Familiar with Incoterms and contract terms.
- Meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
