Job Responsibility
- Subject Matter Expert in related professional knowledge, such as process, equipment, pipeline etc. and able to work closely with other disciplines to resolve cross-disciplinary technical issues
- Able to lead detailed design function, and serve as the technical-in-charge for the assigned discipline
- Subject matter expert in material selection and anti-corrosion applications. Formulate and review material selection and anti-corrosion reports, specifications and technical documents
- Proficient in applying industry standards and specifications, and propose design optimization and improvement plans based on specific design requirements
- Able to guide and prepare documents for the following functions: Cathodic Protection Specification, Cathodic Protection Calculation Report, Topsides Material Take-off for Open Drain Cathodic Protection Topsides Painting Specification, Topsides Painting Material Take-Off, Topsides Corrosion Monitoring Material Take-off, Topsides Cold Spill Protection, Hull Impressed Current Cathodic Protection…
- Able to guide Engineers in the completion of Corrosion Simulation/Prediction Calculations, analysis and reporting
Requirement
- Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or other related academic qualification
- At least 18 years of working experience in related field
- Completed at least 2 full cycle FPSO/FLNG newbuild/conversion EPC projects
- Previous track record in team management
