Oversee the technical condition and maintenance of assigned vessels to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Prepare, manage, and monitor technical budgets; take corrective actions when necessary to control costs

Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Flag State, Class Society, ISM Code, and Oil Major standards

Supervise planned maintenance, repairs, drydockings, technical inspections, and both internal and external audits

Manage the procurement of spare parts and technical services, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

Serve as the primary technical contact for vessels, providing fast and effective support for operational issues

Conduct onboard inspections at least twice annually for each vessel to ensure technical and safety standards are upheld

Monitor vessel performance indicators such as fuel consumption, breakdown incidents, and downtime; drive continuous improvement initiatives

Promote a strong safety culture and maintain readiness for SIRE inspections and TMSA evaluations

Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and emerging technical developments to ensure compliance and innovation

Collaborate closely with internal departments including Operations, QHSE, Procurement, Marine, and Commercial to ensure cohesive fleet management
