Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support, including commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct engineer training and deliver remote customer support as needed
  • Act as the main customer contact during field service projects
  • Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation with regular updates
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using appropriate tools and expertise
  • Support project control by tracking hours, costs, and submitting data for invoicing
  • Optimise resource utilisation and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges

Requirements:

  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay updated on industry advancements
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
  • Apply knowledge of local regulations, reporting, and analysis
  • Maintain understanding of products, services, and safety/quality standards
  • Perform engine troubleshooting across mechanical, control, and automation systems
  • Lead and coordinate external teams where required
  • Deliver technical training and manage projects (resources, spares, timelines)
  • Possess knowledge of 2-stroke engines and experience in commissioning (mechanical & electrical)
  • Exhibit cost awareness, team leadership, and strong problem-solving skills
