Job Description

Role:

  • Generate Technical Proposals to support the Sales Team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product queries, orders, and deliveries, and provide administrative support for the Sales Team.
  • Oversee the sales order process, including purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders.
  • Verify customer orders, including customer details and payment information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints via phone or email.
  • Ensure quotes align with raised orders, confirming correct pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Record data and maintain systems as outlined in the sales process SOP and as directed by the Sales Team.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Engine and Propulsions Systems or related industry in administration or technical service support.
  • Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
