Role Overview
The Technical Sales Manager will drive sales and solutioning for crewing-focused maritime ERP software, working closely with shipowners and ship managers. This role requires strong hands-on crewing knowledge and the ability to translate operational needs into effective software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sales and business development for crewing software solutions

Engage shipowners, ship managers, and crewing teams to understand operational workflows and pain points

Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals

Act as a subject-matter expert on crewing processes (planning, certification, payroll, compliance, rotation, reporting)

Support pre-sales and post-sales discussions alongside product and implementation teams

Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region
Requirements
-
Several years of hands-on experience in maritime crewing operations

Strong understanding of end-to-end crewing processes and compliance requirements

Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or commercial role preferred

Able to explain technical solutions in a clear, practical manner

Comfortable working with software/ERP solutions in a maritime environment
