Job Detail

Collaborate with the Vessel Manager to procure spare parts and consumables for assigned ships.
Coordinate the delivery of spares and stores to ships.
Review all invoices from suppliers and maintain accurate computer records.
Manage files for all spare parts inventories received from ships.
Maintain document control, including keeping a checklist of periodic reporting due from vessels.
Organize annual surveys and services for assigned vessels.
Ensure ship certificates are up-to-date in the database (JIBE).
Report to the Vessel Manager.

Requirements:

Hold a diploma or degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Possess strong written and verbal skills.
Have proficiency in PC knowledge, and experience with purchasing or related software is preferred.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Sharepoint.
