Job Description

We have been mandated on a confidential search for a Technical Director to join a well-established shipowner.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for:
> Fleet technical performance and regulatory compliance
> Maintenance strategy, dry-docking, and lifecycle planning
> Leading and developing a technical organization
> Budget ownership (OPEX / CAPEX) and senior client engagement

The role will suit candidates currently operating as Technical Director, Head of Technical, or Senior Technical Manager, looking to step into a broader leadership and strategic mandate.
