Business Growth: Drive year-over-year revenue growth by identifying and securing new contracts, expanding the Ship Management portfolio, and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Sales Cycle Adaptation: Tailor sales processes to align with local market conditions while supporting overall commercial strategy and compliance standards.

Business Development Alignment: Ensure business development activities reflect the company’s strategic direction; build key client relationships and stay current on industry trends through forums and events.

Sales Strategy Support: Assist in shaping growth strategies, mapping client needs, analyzing performance data, and developing competitive, long-term market positioning.

Continuous Improvement: Lead local improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, focusing on optimizing policies, processes, and systems.

Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day departmental activities, including lead conversion, client engagement, and ensuring adherence to internal and international regulations.

Cost and Budget Management: Ensure departmental activities are within budget, oversee financial planning, and address anomalies in financial reports.

Key Relationships: Maintain strong collaboration with leadership and external clients; resolve conflicts professionally to uphold company interests and client trust.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline, with over 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the industry
- Demonstrated success in a senior-level sales or business development role with a proven ability to close high-value contracts across multiple sectors (Tankers, Dry, New Builds)
- Experienced in overseeing end-to-end sales cycle operations
- Skilled in conducting market research and competitive product assessments, with strong technical insight into customer requirements
- Strong leadership qualities with outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
