Job Description
JOB SCOPE
- Source, maintain and register a list of qualified subcontractors and equipment suppliers
- Manager tendering processes, which includes sourcing and price negotiation
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractors performance
- Negotiate in high-value bid evaluations. Draft term contracts and acquire approvals from relevant parties
- Assess contracts contents, terms & conditions to fulfil the project requirement
- Work closely with the design and cost estimating departments and other supportive functions for timely delivery of projects, technical specification and cost calculation.
- Assess and ensure settlement for contractor/supplier invoices
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience working in the marine, oil & gas sector
- At least 3 years in subcontracts/commercial works
- Candidates with experience working in shipyard environment will have added advantage
