Job Description
Responsibilities:

Maintain vessel compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and all international maritime standards

Provide professional guidance to shipboard teams on safety, navigation, and daily operations
-
Perform vessel audits, inspections, and handle investigations of accidents or incidents
-
Collaborate closely with Masters, port authorities, classification societies, and internal stakeholders
-
Track vessel operational performance and participate in emergency response activities
Requirements:
-
Master Mariner (CoC Class 1) or Chief Officer with relevant experience in a shore-based capacity
-
Comprehensive understanding of maritime laws, regulations, and safety management systems
-
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
-
Experience as a Marine or Fleet Superintendent is highly desirable
