- Serve as the technical leader for preliminary design and detailed design stage of the Company’s marine & offshore E&P product lines ranging from FPSO and FLNG vessels
- Develop a robust communication plan for design processes
- Responsible for the preparation of product quotation documents, contract technical specifications and other related documents
- Responsible for the development of Company’s technical standards and design manuals to ensure currency with present marketplace
- Maintain a conducive environment and platform to ease workflow communication and enhance design content arising from development and archiving
- Coordinate and make correct judgments on design technical differences between design reviews
- A coach and mentor to basic engineers and designers
- Able to coordinate and solve major technical issues across multi-disciplinary tie-ups
Requirements
- Minimum Engineering Degree in Electronics/Instrumentation or other related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in works related to telecoms systems for marine & offshore facilities
- At least 8 years of experience in FEED/Detailed Engineering for telecoms systems
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior/mentorship capacity
