Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development across Southeast Asia and Australia by identifying and securing new freight forwarding opportunities.

Manage key accounts to ensure customer retention, with focus on cross-selling and upselling.

Develop and execute sales strategies for both Samsung and non-Samsung clients.

Lead the Business Development team, ensuring achievement of revenue and profit targets on a monthly and semi-annual basis.

Work closely with the procurement team to secure competitive rates and space, maximizing profitability.

Stay updated on Air and Ocean freight market trends, pricing, and space availability.

Report sales team performance to senior management through regular weekly, monthly, and semi-annual reviews.

Promote in-house digital logistics solutions (Cello Square) through various marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Experience:
-
15+ years in global freight forwarding, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership / new business development (hunting) role.
Skills & Competencies:
-
Solid knowledge of Air, Ocean, Land Transport, and Contract Logistics.

Strong regional network in SEA and Australia within logistics and transport sectors.

Hands-on, proactive leader with a strong drive for results.
-
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, integrity, and accountability.
