Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop engineering deliverables for Marine & Machinery Systems for conversion and topsides integration in technology to ensure fit-for-purpose, robust and cost-effective vessels
- Lead concept selection studies, engineering definition deliverables and FEED deliverables throughout all phases of engineering
- Lead the preparation of MDR, calculation reports engineering analysis, engineering drawings and equipment/package specification at conceptual, engineering definition and FEED level
- Provide technical support and services in candidate vessels RLEC inspection, assessment and selection
- Identify design changes in FEED and DDE deliverables by subcontractors and provide input to Managers
- Plan continuous development for technical and leadership capability to support the Company’s vision and mission
- Carry out documentation and data management as per department’s management standards for marine & machinery discipline deliverables
Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experience in O&G sector as Discipline Engineer or 7 years of experience onboard Tankers
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in EPCC projects for specific engineering discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine or related discipline) or Class 1 or Class 2 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency FG Unlimited
