Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute all waterborne movements and non-bulk deliveries according to Sales and Purchase contracts.
- Handle load/discharge date nominations according to suppliers’ general terms and conditions (GTCs).
- Nominate vessels for acceptance, cargo, and date range declaration to counterparties and terminals.
- Schedule and optimize, closely monitor vessel berthing programs, product qualities, volumetric performance, and promptly resolve significant discrepancies.
- Notify the Marine Demurrage group if demurrages on vessels are incurred.
- Support global inventory management with updated inventory forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate SAP entries (Scheduling, Ticketing, and Secondary Costs).
- Prioritize and attend to DEW requests.
- Timely nomination of inspectors into Navarik.
- Manage renewables feedstocks programs and tankages.
- Adhere to Phillips 66 compliance policies, including Records Management and Import/Export customs declaration.
- Inform and consult with Operations Lead, Loss Control, and Traders on any operational issues.
- Upload all cargo shipment files into shared drives and maintain a five-year retention period under the Records Management policy.
- Ensure cargo documents align with sustainability requirements and are filed for audits.
- Cultivate and maintain good rapport with industry peers.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Degree/Diploma, preferably in Chemical and Maritime fields.
- At least three years of related operations experience.
- Prior experience with road tankers, containers, and managing terminal tankages within Asia Pacific preferred.
- Knowledge of supply logistics chain involving inspections, cargo operations, and procedures.
- Ability to understand sustainability frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advanced computer spreadsheet skills.
- High degree of initiative and collaborative skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to think, act decisively, and independently under pressure, adapting quickly to evolving requirements and changes.
- Willingness to accommodate business needs during odd hours, including weekends and holidays.
