Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director with daily sales and office tasks.
- Help prepare quotations, simple reports, and follow up with customers.
- Arrange meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Keep records of customer information and sales updates.
- Attend events or meetings with the Director when required.
- Handle general office duties and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary or NITEC education.
- Some experience in sales support, admin, or customer service preferred — but not required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable to join networking events or accompany the Director when needed.
