Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director with daily sales and office tasks.
  • Help prepare quotations, simple reports, and follow up with customers.
  • Arrange meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Keep records of customer information and sales updates.
  • Attend events or meetings with the Director when required.
  • Handle general office duties and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary or NITEC education.
  • Some experience in sales support, admin, or customer service preferred — but not required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable to join networking events or accompany the Director when needed.
