Job Requirements:

  • Client Portfolio Management & Growth: Cultivate and expand relationships within an existing client portfolio while strategically identifying and developing new revenue streams.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Employ a multi-channel approach to source new business, including strategic networking, targeted outreach, and representing the company at industry events.

  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to deeply understand their operational challenges, business objectives, and requirements.

  • Solutions-Based Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services.

  • End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from crafting detailed and persuasive proposals to navigating negotiations and finalizing agreements.

  • Market Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry trade shows, conferences, and professional events to elevate company visibility.

  • Market Intelligence Feedback: Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering critical feedback and translating it into actionable insights for our product development and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Sales Acumen: A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, underpinned by a strategic and consultative sales methodology.

  • Self-Motivated Drive: Must possess an intrinsic motivation to pursue and secure new business, thriving in a performance-oriented culture with a competitive, incentive-based compensation structure.

  • Collaborative Autonomy: Ability to operate effectively both independently as an individual contributor and as a collaborative member of cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Industry Background (Preferred): Prior experience in capital equipment, heavy machinery, or complex engineering systems (such as engines, propulsion, or power generation) is highly advantageous.

  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to undertake international travel as required by business needs.
