Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals within the assigned region.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective customers, particularly key decision-makers in the defense sector.
  • Promote the full portfolio of products, including life rafts, PPE, boats, davits, and other safety solutions.
  • Work closely with service partners and dealers to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Actively contribute to sales meetings by providing insights and supporting the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for sales leadership.
  • Create and deliver compelling value propositions to customers, highlighting the advantages of Ship Owner Agreements (SOAs).

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the maritime or defense industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
