Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively seek out, assess, and obtain new, valuable project logistics contracts in the EPC, subsea, and renewable energy industries.
  • Strategic Sales: Create and implement sales strategies, designing customized, technically proficient, and competitively viable logistics solutions.
  • Proposal & Tender Management: Oversee the creation of intricate bids, tenders (RFQ, RFP, ITT), and proposals, working closely with technical teams to ensure the best solutions are achieved.
  • Contract Negotiation: Engage in contract and agreement discussions, ensuring profitability, risk reduction, and compliance with company policies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and sustain robust, lasting connections with project leaders, procurement managers, and executives.
  • Market Evaluation & Documentation: Track market trends and competitor behavior; uphold precise sales pipeline and revenue projections within CRM.
  • Project Transfer: Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee a smooth shift from sales to operational implementation.

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience: 3–6+ years of B2B sales expertise in project logistics, freight forwarding, or heavy-lift transport.
  • Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of OOG (Out-of-Gauge) cargo, chartering (air/ocean), multimodal transportation, and customs laws.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
  • Capabilities: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities; skilled in CRM software
