Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and secure new customers, trade lanes and routes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, negotiations and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, NVOCCs and key accounts.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support marketing initiatives, digital campaigns and brand-building activities.
  • Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales team as the business expands.
  • Perform other duties or tasks not within the scope at the discretion of Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in container shipping, NVOCC, freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully acquiring new business.
