Job Description
Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for a maritime ERP solution, with a strong focus on shipping accounting and financial modules

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by engaging shipowners, operators, and maritime service providers
-
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing
-
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, solution selling, and account development
-
Develop trusted relationships with clients by understanding their accounting workflows, reporting needs, and compliance requirements
-
Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction
-
Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide professional pre-sales support
-
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within maritime software, ERP, or shipping-related solutions.

Strong interest or background in shipping accounting, vessel operations, or maritime finance
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Comfortable working independently in a regional or international sales role

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including conducting product demos
-
Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage a structured sales pipeline
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into ERP solutions
-
Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills

Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
