Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for marine spare parts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain detailed customer records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Work with the inventory department to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide input on stock forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in spare parts sales within the marine sector.
- Strong understanding of engine systems and spare parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
