Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and key growth segments
- Build and expand a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with potential clients
- Drive conversion of leads into new customers and consistently achieve regional sales targets
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships through proactive account management and solution-based engagement
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization
- Respond to client requests promptly and ensure consistent service delivery
- Continuously improve understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and administrative tools as required
Requirements
- Over 3 years of solid sales experience working with international clients and partners
- Strong passion for the maritime, transport, and logistics industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural business environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Highly proactive, results-driven, and resourceful in achieving targets
- Strong analytical thinking with a strategic approach to market development
- Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficient in writing and speaking; additional languages would be an advantage
