Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and key growth segments

  • Build and expand a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with potential clients

  • Drive conversion of leads into new customers and consistently achieve regional sales targets

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships through proactive account management and solution-based engagement

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization

  • Respond to client requests promptly and ensure consistent service delivery

  • Continuously improve understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and administrative tools as required

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of solid sales experience working with international clients and partners

  • Strong passion for the maritime, transport, and logistics industries

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural business environment

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

  • Highly proactive, results-driven, and resourceful in achieving targets

  • Strong analytical thinking with a strategic approach to market development

  • Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in written and spoken; fluent in an additional language would be an advantage
