Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage current customer relationships and explore new sales opportunities.
- Actively search for new business leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade shows.
- Organize meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and present tailored proposals for products and services.
- Oversee the management of sales activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences.
- Gather insights from customers or prospects and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings.
- Complete any other assigned responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals through a consultative approach in previous roles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure business environment.
- Experience in marine engines and propulsion systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in web-based applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments as needed.
- A Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, sales and marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in sales, business development, or relevant operational roles.
