Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager – Southeast Asia (based in Singapore), this role focuses on expanding the Southeast Asia market and supporting future business growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of customers and developing long-term, value-driven relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets

Contribute to regional sales strategy, market planning, and business development initiatives

Deliver value-added customer solutions and maintain high service standards

Develop and execute account plans for customers and distributors
-
Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity plans, and regular reporting
-
Manage accounts and credit procedures in line with contractual and internal guidelines
-
Work closely with technical teams to provide product and technical support to customers
-
Gather and share market intelligence on customer demand, competitor activity, and pricing trends

Monitor budgets to ensure financial targets and controls are met

Track customer feedback to improve satisfaction and maximise profitability

Ensure compliance with internal policies, HSSEQ standards, and ethical guidelines
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline
-
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the marine or related industry
-
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
-
Good understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies
-
Knowledge of marine lubricants or related supply chains is an advantage
-
Strong commercial acumen with confident presentation skills
-
Willingness to travel locally and overseas when required

Comfortable working in Tuas
