Job Responsibilities

Drive business development for assigned product lines across domestic and international markets

Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and customer proposals to achieve sales targets and healthy margins

Prepare sales forecasts and monthly/annual sales plans

Conduct sales visits and expand market presence across marine, offshore, oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, and industrial sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, principals, and suppliers for engines and machinery spare parts

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new or emerging technologies to support sales strategy
-
Support company growth by sharing product knowledge and providing coaching or training to sales team members when required

Ensure compliance with internal processes and ISO management systems
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
-
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in engine or machinery spare parts within the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset

Able to work independently, manage pressure, and maintain attention to detail
-
Continuous improvement and professional work attitude
-
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and willing to travel overseas when required
