Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive business development for assigned product lines across domestic and international markets

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and customer proposals to achieve sales targets and healthy margins

  • Prepare sales forecasts and monthly/annual sales plans

  • Conduct sales visits and expand market presence across marine, offshore, oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, and industrial sectors

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, principals, and suppliers for engines and machinery spare parts

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new or emerging technologies to support sales strategy

  • Support company growth by sharing product knowledge and providing coaching or training to sales team members when required

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and ISO management systems

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in engine or machinery spare parts within the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset

  • Able to work independently, manage pressure, and maintain attention to detail

  • Continuous improvement and professional work attitude

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and willing to travel overseas when required
