Job Description
Main Responsibilities
-
Lead and execute sales and business development (BD) strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives across Southeast Asia (SEA).

Oversee and grow the Management System Certification (MSC) and training business by achieving both individual and team sales targets and key performance metrics.

Monitor and report monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads, opportunities, and quotations in line with standards.

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities while sharing market intelligence with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, including consultants and channel partners.

Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.

Contribute to the company’s digital transformation initiatives and other cross-functional projects.

Participate in global and regional sales network activities, ensuring best practices and strategies are effectively shared and implemented across SEA.

Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to build capability, strengthen performance, and ensure ongoing professional growth.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or commercial management, ideally within the certification, inspection, or training industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.

Strong understanding of Management System Certification (ISO standards) and training services.

Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to travel regionally across SEA when required.
