Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales and business development (BD) strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives across Southeast Asia (SEA).

  • Oversee and grow the Management System Certification (MSC) and training business by achieving both individual and team sales targets and key performance metrics.

  • Monitor and report monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads, opportunities, and quotations in line with standards.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities while sharing market intelligence with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, including consultants and channel partners.

  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.

  • Contribute to the company’s digital transformation initiatives and other cross-functional projects.

  • Participate in global and regional sales network activities, ensuring best practices and strategies are effectively shared and implemented across SEA.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to build capability, strengthen performance, and ensure ongoing professional growth.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or commercial management, ideally within the certification, inspection, or training industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.

  • Strong understanding of Management System Certification (ISO standards) and training services.

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Ability to travel regionally across SEA when required.

  • Driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for business growth and client success.
