Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals within the assigned region.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective customers, particularly key decision-makers in the defense sector.
- Promote the full portfolio of fire fighting solutions.
- Work closely with service partners and dealers to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
- Actively contribute to sales meetings by providing insights and supporting the development of effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for sales leadership.
- Create and deliver compelling value propositions to customers, highlighting the advantages of Ship Owner Agreements (SOAs).
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the maritime or defense industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
