Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients including shipowners, ship managers, offshore operators, ports, terminals, and marine contractors.
- Promote commercial diving services such as underwater inspection, hull cleaning, propeller polishing, UWILD support, repairs, and offshore diving works.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the client base.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
- Liaise closely with operations and diving teams to ensure accurate scope definition and service delivery.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and onboard visits when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client requirements within the maritime and offshore sector.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience within the maritime, offshore, or marine services industry.
- Exposure to commercial diving services is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of ship operations, port environments, or offshore activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to attend site visits, vessels, and offshore locations when required.
