Job Description
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the service sector across local and international markets.
- Conduct sales visits and establish new client accounts to expand market presence in the Marine, Offshore, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic sales approaches.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clientele.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to gather technical specifications, manpower availability, scheduling, and subcontractor quotes for client proposals.
- Prepare cost calculations and draft comprehensive quotations for customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Manage key accounts and ensure all customer requirements are monitored and fulfilled.
- Review and evaluate customer purchase orders, contracts, and terms & conditions.
- Provide technical sales support and representation to clients.
- Champion and adhere to all company environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:Â Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering.
- Experience:Â At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industries.
- Technical Proficiency:Â Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
