Job Description
Role: Reports to Head of Sales
- Build and manage a customer base for service sales in the Industrial, Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Maximize profit margins and achieve predetermined sales targets.
- Identify and implement sales and marketing strategies to capture opportunities in local and international markets.
- Deliver sales presentations and provide necessary customer support.
- Collect and analyze information on market demands, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements for all stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma (minimum), ideally in Business or Engineering.
- Experience with 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Familiarity with the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
- Sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industries is preferred.
