Role Overview:

  • Create and execute sales tactics to achieve revenue and profitobjectives within the designatedarea.
  • Build and maintainrobustconnections with existing and potentialclients,especiallyinfluential decision-makers in the defense industry.
  • Market the completerange of Navcom offerings.
  • Collaborateintimately with service partners and dealers to improve market visibility and boost sales growth.
  • Playanactiverolein sales meetings by sharing insights and aidingin the creation of effective sales strategies.
  • Examine sales performance metrics and generateperiodic reports for the sales managementteam.
  • Develop and presentengaging value propositions to clients,emphasizing the benefits of Ship Owner Agreements (SOAs).

 

Prerequisites:

  • Provenachievement in sales, ideally within the maritime or defense sectors.
  • Robust interpersonal and communication abilities to develop and preserve customer connections.
  • Outstandingskillsinorganization and timemanagement.
  • Ability to functionautonomouslyaswellascooperatively within a group.
  • Robust analytical and troubleshootingabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparablework experience
