Role Overview:
- Create and execute sales tactics to achieve revenue and profitobjectives within the designatedarea.
- Build and maintainrobustconnections with existing and potentialclients,especiallyinfluential decision-makers in the defense industry.
- Market the completerange of Navcom offerings.
- Collaborateintimately with service partners and dealers to improve market visibility and boost sales growth.
- Playanactiverolein sales meetings by sharing insights and aidingin the creation of effective sales strategies.
- Examine sales performance metrics and generateperiodic reports for the sales managementteam.
- Develop and presentengaging value propositions to clients,emphasizing the benefits of Ship Owner Agreements (SOAs).
Prerequisites:
- Provenachievement in sales, ideally within the maritime or defense sectors.
- Robust interpersonal and communication abilities to develop and preserve customer connections.
- Outstandingskillsinorganization and timemanagement.
- Ability to functionautonomouslyaswellascooperatively within a group.
- Robust analytical and troubleshootingabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparablework experience
