Job Description
- Manage order processing for marine customers and coordinate with relevant parties for delivery arrangements.
- Plan and assign daily delivery schedules for the crew.
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle general administrative tasks.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales support experience in the marine industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook.
- Able to adapt and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, responsible, and driven to fulfill customer orders.
