Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Maintain an existing client portfolio while implementing marketing strategies to acquire new customers and strengthen current relationships
• Stay updated on global oil/energy market trends, conduct research and analysis, and track bunker supply and demand to identify new business opportunities
• Possess strong knowledge of the international bunker industry (ports, suppliers, owners, charterers, and regulations)
• Understand oil market dynamics, marine fuel pricing strategies, and the maritime shipping industry
• Create impactful marketing materials to showcase services and value propositions to customers
• Handle customer accounts with responsibility for the full sales process — from quoting, negotiating, and confirming to delivery and after-sales support
• Oversee customer credit usage, monitor payment performance, and assist with collections when required
• Manage and resolve disputes or claims effectively
• Support the training and development of junior staff and trainees
• Adhere to company group policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales/marketing role
• Background in the oil and gas industry preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional language skills will be an advantage
