Job Detail

Maintain an established group of clients while creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patrons and enhance relationships with existing customers.
Stay updated on global shifts within the oil and energy markets, analyzing trends and market dynamics related to bunker supply to identify potential business prospects.
Possess a comprehensive comprehension of the International Bunker business encompassing Ports, Suppliers, Owners, Charterers, and Regulations.
Demonstrate expertise in the oil market, marine fuel pricing strategies, and a solid grasp of the maritime shipping sector.
Generate compelling marketing materials aimed at promoting services and the unique value proposition to both new and current clientele.
Oversee a customer portfolio, taking direct charge of negotiating and executing sales transactions—ranging from quoting and negotiation to confirmation, delivery, and post-delivery support.
Keep track of customer credit line usage, payment patterns, and contribute to the collection process if required.
Handle any conflicts or claims, ensuring efficient resolution in cases of disputes or disagreements.
Play a role in mentoring and training junior staff and trainees.
Adhere closely to the company’s group policies and procedural guidelines.

Requirements:

Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 2 years and above in similar capacity of Sales/Marketing
Candidates with a background in oil and gas industry will be an added advantage
Good written and oral communication and strong persuasion skills; demonstrate ability to express ideas clearly
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Strong organization skills and have excellent follow up skills
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and Mandarin, proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage
