Key Responsibilities
Product Development and System Management
- Collaborate with headquarters to define and prioritize the regional digital freight product roadmap.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT); prepare training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor digital system performance, gather user feedback, and support issue resolution.
- Manage regional product initiatives such as Small Forwarding Feature implementation across Southeast Asia.
Implementation and Training
- Translate customer needs from offline processes into digital platform solutions.
- Conduct training and product demonstrations for sales and operations teams.
- Partner with internal teams (HQ and commercial) to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and manage regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and budget.
- Collaborate with HQ to build brand awareness and drive adoption of digital freight services.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and participate in logistics-related industry events.
- Curate and manage website content tailored for Southeast Asia audiences.
- Create marketing materials, manage public relations content, and coordinate regional events.
Customer Experience and Operational Excellence
- Analyze user data (e.g., funnel metrics, behavior trends) to identify opportunities for product and experience improvements.
- Define and monitor customer engagement and support metrics to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
- Align operational workflows with the digital platform and provide guidance for internal operations teams.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys (e.g., Net Promoter Score), identify improvement areas, and develop action plans.
Performance Monitoring and Commercial Success
- Track user sign-ups, platform usage, and bookings to support the achievement of annual commercial KPIs and growth targets.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Technology, or Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
- Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in business performance reporting and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong skills in data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to present data-driven insights clearly to aid effective decision-making.
- Able to manage and summarize complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player who works well in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
