Job Description

Responsibilities

Client Retention & Growth

  • Expand and deepen customer relationships through long-term joint business plans and regular engagement.

  • Lead cross-functional account teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Oversee contract renewals, ensure accurate documentation, and align strategies with customer needs.

  • Identify and drive new business, market entries, and account expansion opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Align operational requirements with IT and operations support.

  • Manage escalations, compliance issues, and cross-regional coordination.

  • Standardize KPIs, SOPs, and processes across markets.

Profitability & Commercials

  • Enhance margins with value-based pricing and effective commercial management.

  • Support customer negotiations, contracts, and approvals.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, supported by executive sponsors.

  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with customers.

  • Serve as the main contact for regional customer stakeholders.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and scale best practices across countries.

  • Introduce innovation, analytics, and continuous improvement into account plans.

Account Leadership

  • Build and manage cross-functional account communities.

  • Collaborate across divisions to ensure a group-wide view of customer accounts.


Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-country accounts in a matrix environment.

  • Demonstrated success in customer growth, contract management, and operational performance.

  • Strong influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.

  • Process-oriented, collaborative, and consultative approach.
