Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients across different time zones

Manage interview scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

Prepare and distribute interview briefs and candidate profiles

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database

Support candidate sourcing activities (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database)

Conduct initial screening calls where required

Liaise with clients to arrange interviews and gather feedback

Track recruitment progress and ensure timely updates to recruiters

Assist in preparing reports and status updates

Post job advertisements on various platforms

Draft and format CVs according to company standards

Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the hiring process
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment systems

Able to work independently in a remote setup
