Role:

- Enhance candidate outreach and gather market insights by analyzing talent trends.
- Source and recruit candidates using diverse platforms and channels.
- Review applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates for available roles.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, with a preference for maritime industry experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
