Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), Marine Class Approvals, and Regulatory Requirements (Part 145).
  • Lead quality initiatives and foster a culture of quality within the company.
  • Improve quality performance to meet divisional objectives.
  • Conduct audits internally and externally as needed.
  • Establish, implement, and coordinate audit and approval programs, reporting outcomes, and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and action plan creation.
  • Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports.
  • Train employees on QMS and related processes.
  • Manage licensing and renewals at the Singapore site.
  • Budget and control costs for QMS projects, audits, and certifications.
  • Implement quality procedures in line with regulations and guidelines.
  • Communicate quality procedures to relevant colleagues.
  • Manage operational, technical, health, safety, and environmental audits.
  • Participate in quality investigations and supplier improvement actions.
  • Contribute to statistical analyses for improvement recommendations.
  • Advise business leaders on compliance and quality development.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in marine, aviation, or related industries.
  • ISO9001:2015 internal/lead auditor certification.
  • Completion of the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination.
  • Familiarity with CMM and special equipment listing.
  • Experience liaising with OEMs.
  • Lean, Kaizen, 5S certification or experience with quality tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
  • Experience in developing Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
