Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
1. Manage and establish ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001
2. Act as Company Internal Auditor & coordinate for External Audit.
3. Manage yard implementation base on HSE Program.
4. Lead the HSE team and take charge of all occupational health, safety, security, environmental and quality management aspects of the Company.
5. Assist Head of Department or Supervisor level to implement Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determine Control.
6. Monitoring environmental and hazardous material.
7. Acting for first aid case.
8. Safety patrol and monitoring safe work condition.
9. Leading General Briefing and tool box talk.
10. Deliver safety induction.
11. Maintain and display HSE alert, safety sign, safety information and display in HSE notice board.
12. Conduct HSE inspection checklist to HSE Equipment.
13. Study latest conventions, changes in industry practices and keep the Company and Employee updated by issuance of relevant information sharing as per circulation procedures.
Requirement
1. Minimum Degree qualification from a recognized tertiary institution
2. At least 5 years of experience in QHSE works in shipyard environment
3. Familiar with the establishment for ISO 9001
4. Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
