Job Description
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with company policies, ensuring proper records are maintained and competitive quotations are sourced from approved suppliers

Supervise the timely supply and delivery of authorized purchases to assigned vessels
-
Work collaboratively with Technical Superintendents to maintain an effective supply chain that meets the operational needs of vessels
-
Initiate and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within the procurement system
-
Compile and distribute monthly updates on supply status to vessels and Technical Superintendents
Qualifications
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a closely related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a purchasing or technical support role within a ship operations or ship management environment
• Strong familiarity with ship supply processes and a thorough understanding of procurement standards and practices
