Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility in joint team planning across the various disciplines and departments for the project
  • Main point-of-contact for co-ordination between fabrication, engineering, procurement, marine and project management objectives
  • Develop efficient area planning to enhance productivity, while contributing to overall project costs reduction
  • Develop and implement departmental fabrication procedures
  • Monitor and review status of development in material control integration system
  • Review and issue document distribution matrix for fabrication planning
  • Work closely with project planners on the variations of receipts for project deliverables and materials
  • Maintain high awareness on project planning innovations in relation to scheduling/control systems or techniques through close communication with internal and external sources
  • Provide consistent and accurate reporting on project progress, forecast and budgets
  • Maintain and adhere to company safety and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Minimum Engineering Degree in related field
  • At least 12 years of working experience in the marine & offshore sector
  • At least 10 years of working experience in project planning for EPC projects
  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial capacity with team management track record
