Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility in joint team planning across the various disciplines and departments for the project
- Main point-of-contact for co-ordination between fabrication, engineering, procurement, marine and project management objectives
- Develop efficient area planning to enhance productivity, while contributing to overall project costs reduction
- Develop and implement departmental fabrication procedures
- Monitor and review status of development in material control integration system
- Review and issue document distribution matrix for fabrication planning
- Work closely with project planners on the variations of receipts for project deliverables and materials
- Maintain high awareness on project planning innovations in relation to scheduling/control systems or techniques through close communication with internal and external sources
- Provide consistent and accurate reporting on project progress, forecast and budgets
- Maintain and adhere to company safety and ethical standards
Requirements
- Minimum Engineering Degree in related field
- At least 12 years of working experience in the marine & offshore sector
- At least 10 years of working experience in project planning for EPC projects
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial capacity with team management track record
