Job Description
JOBSCOPE
- Develop a comprehensive project HSE plan and other associated documents based on company procedures corporate HSE manual, contractual requirements and statutory/regulatory requirements
- Provide specialist advice and support the project team on all HSE matters as directed by the Regional HSE Manager and Project Manager
- Track the progress of HSE actions and programs and report back to the Regional HSE Manager and Project Manager
- Ensure effective HSE implementation at work site, fabrication yard and vessel
- Offer support and guidance to projects nominated for audits, inspection and visits
- Provide feedback to the Regional HSE Manager on project HSE statistics and performance including strengths and weaknesses, and ensure all project reportings are clearly shown in the organization chart
- Carry out audits and inspections as identified by the HSE Project life cycle plan, project audit plan and/or as required by the Client and Regional HSE Manager
- Design training modules as required
- Conduct trainings and awareness sessions covering all aspects of HSE policies, objectives, targets and performance indicators
- Ensure incident reports are accurate and all data is logged as item/action raised and subsequently closed within given time period
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 15 years of experience in the marine & offshore EPC space
- At least 5 years of experience in the managerial capacity
- Valid NEBOSH certification is mandatory
- Good spoken and written English
