Job Description
Primary Duties
- Develop project plans, including design, budgeting, scheduling and project execution
- Coordinate and manage all phases of project life-cycle
- Conduct feasibility studies to identify technical or business limitations
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders such as suppliers, contractors and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage and mitigate project risks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local legislations
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
- Ensure productive manpower and material planning to facilitate smoother project delivery
- Prepare and present project technical reports
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in engineering or relevant field
- At least 3 years in the marine industry
- Proven work experience in project management
- Knowledge in marine engineering principles and construction/repair methods
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
