Key Responsibilities

Procure ship provisions (fresh, frozen, dry, and bonded items) based on vessel requirements.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.

Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet vessel schedules.

Ensure quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance of all provisions.

Monitor market prices, control costs, and prepare basic procurement reports.
Requirements
-
5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in ship chandling and marine supplies.

Strong negotiation and cost control skills.

Familiarity with ship operations, port logistics, and time-critical deliveries.

Proficient in MS Excel and procurement systems.
-
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
