Job Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert with electrical design, including workflow and design content
- Make decisions on technical solution in relation to all topsides electrical function
- Review all technical documents for electrical discipline
- Responsible for the preparation of product quotation documents, contract technical specifications and other documents
- Review Company’s technical standards and Design Manuals
- Proficient in applying industry standards and specification, understand the gap between professional technology and local standards for best applicability
- Able to coach service engineers and below, and lead the team to carry out project design works
- Ability to organize and review technical solutions to solve major electrical issues
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- A least 18 years of working experience in Electrical Engineering related field for marine & offshore related projects
- At least 5 years of experience in managing engineering teams
- Completed at least 3 full-cycle FPSO/FLNG conversion/newbuild EPC projects
