The successful candidate will work closely with the chartering, technical, and commercial teams while maintaining direct communication with vessel masters, charterers, brokers, agents, and service providers to ensure voyages are executed smoothly and commercially optimised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end post-fixture operations for stainless steel and chemical tanker voyages, ensuring compliance with charter party terms and operational requirements.
  • Monitor voyage progress and coordinate closely with vessel masters, charterers, brokers, and port agents to ensure efficient cargo operations and timely port turnaround.
  • Review, interpret, and administer charter party terms including voyage instructions, operational clauses, and commercial obligations.
  • Handle laytime calculations, demurrage and despatch claims, and ensure proper documentation and submission in accordance with charter party agreements.
  • Monitor vessel performance including speed and consumption against charter party warranties and flag potential performance issues.
  • Coordinate port agency appointments, review and negotiate Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs), and monitor port-related expenses.
  • Oversee voyage documentation including Bills of Lading, Letters of Indemnity (LOIs), cargo documentation, and other contractual paperwork.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, international regulations, and safety standards throughout voyage execution.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational records, voyage files, and post-voyage reporting for internal stakeholders.
