Extensive hands-on experience in global shipboard operations and technical management

Proven ability to manage end-to-end project implementation, from system rollouts to ongoing support

Excellent communication skills—able to present technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders

Strong work ethic, able to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
🔹 Technical & Operational Expertise:

Background in marine engineering with 3–4 years of sailing experience (most recent as 2nd Engineer or Chief Engineer)

Practical knowledge of PMS systems, dry docking, and fleet safety operations

Familiar with maritime operational software, including Oracle and MS SQL Server
-
Experience in delivering customer support and service management for maritime platforms
